Los Angeles City Hall is the city's seat of government and an architectural marvel with a modern American art deco design. Its colossal magnificence has become a symbol for the city, with its image appearing on many official papers, seals, badges, and postcards.

Around the Hollywood Reservoir, there are various scenic hiking loop trails to choose from. On the pathways you can enjoy relaxing nature vistas and some of the best views of the famed Hollywood Sign. The Mulholland Dam and the artificial lake were built in 1924. It's located just west of Griffith Park in the hills.

For a more challenging hike, try the mile-long ridge track that runs along the east side of the lake. This dirt road leads to Canyon Lake Drive, where you'll be rewarded with spectacular views of the Hollywood Sign at the end of your journey.

Venice Canals is one of Los Angeles' most popular tourist attractions. The Venice Beach Boardwalk is a long stretch of concrete paths along the coastlines of the Pacific Ocean. It's a romantic place where you can enjoy walking and taking beautiful photos.

Santa Monica Beach is a traditional Southern California beach and one of the most recognized beaches in California, located not far from downtown Los Angeles. This famous beach is three and a half kilometers long and has fine, soft, and well-kept sand.

The beach, which is divided by the iconic Santa Monica Pier, is ideal for surfing, swimming, sunbathing, volleyball, and other sand and water sports. There are also numerous fantastic restaurants, pubs, and cafes along the seashore for you to visit.

The Hollywood Forever Cemetery is a historic graveyard that is still in use as a funeral parlor and gravesite.
