When one thinks about Florida, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the United States, at least a dozen pictures come to mind. Many people think of Orlando's world-famous theme parks, such as Disney World and Universal Studios. Aside from entertainment and relaxation, Florida has a rich historical and cultural background that includes peaceful indigenous, Spanish conquistadors, swashbuckling pirates, and decades of Caribbean influences, making it a very intriguing and diverse area to visit.
